Poker21 Plus is a club-based mobile app in the same family as PPPoker and X-Poker: private clubs grouped into unions, chips whose value is set by the club, and an agent who handles every deposit and cashout. The app itself launched in late 2021 and is widely described as a re-skin of the old Hero Poker engine, with blackjack, Seka and Durak tables alongside the poker — a giveaway that its home market is the CIS.
That's also where the value is. Most players are from Russia and the surrounding countries, with a smaller European and Asian contingent, and the clubs lean recreational. The lobby covers No-Limit Hold'em, four-, five- and six-card PLO and Open-Face Chinese, plus club tournaments, hand chases and bad-beat jackpots. Stakes in the active clubs run from micro up to around $5/$10.
It is phone-only by design: there is no PC client, and the app actively blocks emulators and VPNs. Security is handled per club through device binding, multi-account detection and behavioural checks, with a GLI-certified RNG behind the deals. External HUDs and trackers are prohibited. As with every club app, your bankroll is only as safe as your agent — which is exactly where I come in.
