New to rakeback? Here's what this means for you

You're already paying a small fee (called rake) every hand you play, whether you notice it or not. Signing up through the link below gets a portion of that paid back to you — same games, same odds, just less left on the table. Read the full explainer →

partypoker was one of the biggest names of the early online poker boom, and for a long time it ran as one of Europe's largest independent poker networks in its own right. It's now owned by Entain, the FTSE 100 gambling group formerly known as GVC Holdings, alongside sister brand bwin Poker.

As of late 2025, partypoker has migrated its liquidity onto the iPoker platform — the brand, client, and promotions players see haven't changed, but the underlying player pool now sits inside that wider network rather than running independently. In practice that means access to a broader combined liquidity while keeping partypoker's own guaranteed tournament schedule, cash game selection, and loyalty program.

The field here has traditionally skewed more recreational-friendly than pure grinder networks — partypoker has spent years investing in casual-player-focused marketing and promotions, which tends to show up at the tables.

From My Own Play

I started playing on partypoker around 2015, and there's been a lot of change over the years. The most important thing to know about this site is that HUDs aren't allowed — you can't collect stats on other players, but you can write notes on each one manually.

I actually really enjoy this: it lets you get away with a lot more bluffing and range-widening, since nobody can see it reflected in your stats. Of course, other players get the same benefit.
